Congressman Francisco “Quico” Canseco, (TX-23)

Congressman Francisco “Quico” Canseco proudly represents the 23rd District of Texas.  The 23rd District runs along more than 785 miles of US/Mexico border, from El Paso to San Antonio.  Since the day he stepped foot in Congress, Quico has been fighting to cut wasteful spending, reducing the debt, and to repeal job destroying government regulations.  A first generation American, Quico’s parents came to this country from Mexico because of their strong belief that America is the land of opportunity.  A native Texan, Quico is one of a select few freshmen to serve on the Financial Services Committee. He brings experience as a small business owner and community banker to the committee.

The second oldest of eight children, Quico is married to his wife of thirty two years Gloria Canseco.  They have three grown children together, Anni, Quico Jr., and Carlos.
